Good Morning, today is Friday, July 29.

🌊 The iconic Newport Jazz Festival gets underway today. Gates will open at 10 am and music runs from approximately 11 am to 7:30 pm. Norah Jones, Terence Blanchard, Lettuce, and BADBADNOTGOOD are among the more than dozen performers today.

🌊 The Three Angels Fund 2022 Fundraiser will take place on Sunday at 1 pm at Kempenaar’s Clambake Club. This is a family-friendly event featuring food, raffles, silent/live auctions, music, and a kids’ entertainment area. Tickets are $25 for adults and as always kids are FREE. Tickets are available for advance purchase online or get them at the door on July 31st.

In 2022, Three Angels Fund has already donated approximately $60,000 to locals directly who are battling cancer through their Community Giving Program. 

In their first 12 years, they have donated over $350,000 to the Lifespan Cancer Institute at Newport Hospital, $150,000 through their Community Giving Program, and recently $25,000 to the South County Health Cancer Center.
