🚨 You need to know

Newport Craft Brewing & Distilling Co. is gearing up for an exciting summer with its newly announced Newport Craft Summer Series. The lineup features a mix of performers sure to entertain audiences of all ages.

Kicking off the series on June 13, is Rubix Kube, an 80s tribute band that promises to transport you back in time. Get ready to sing along and dance to your favorite hits from the decade.

“Enjoy craft cocktails, cold beer, and delicious food while you dance the night away to the best hits of the 80s. Whether you grew up with these classics or just love the vibe, Rubix Kube will have you singing, dancing, and reliving the best of the 80s,” Newport Craft shares.

Local talent takes the stage on June 14 with The Z-Boys.

“Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the scene, you won’t want to miss this electric performance on the historic Newport Craft lawn — the very grounds where Bob Dylan went electric in 1965. Bring your crew, grab a beer, and get ready to dance under the stars,” Newport Craft shares.

While families can look forward to a special performance by children’s musician Laurie Berkner on June 22.

“Perfect for families of all ages, this event promises to be an unforgettable day full of music, movement, and joy. Whether it’s your child’s first concert or you’re longtime fans, this experience is sure to create lasting memories and inspire a lifelong love of music,” Newport Craft shares.

Each event will offer a full bar and tasty bites from Wally’s Weiners. Ticket prices vary, starting at $15 for The Z-Boys and going up to $36 for Laurie Berkner’s show. $1 from every ticket sold for the Berkner performance will support The Empowerment Factory, a Rhode Island nonprofit.

All shows run from 7 to 9 p.m. on the Newport Craft lawn, rain or shine. Since seating is limited, bringing blankets is a good idea.

Tickets are available now through Eventbrite (each show is linked above).
