What’sUpNewp is made possible by … you. There are no billionaire owners or faceless corporations here.

Your support is (literally) what makes What’sUpNewp and our stories possible. On average, What’sUpNewp published 20 stories per day – each costing money to create, report on, edit, host, and market.

With a monthly or annual contribution, you’re making sure that our journalism stays strong, supporting even more coverage across Newport and Rhode Island, and joining a community of people who care about local, independent journalism.

Your contribution will be earmarked to support the work of our 15+ contributors, who work every day on the ground across Rhode Island to bring you the latest on what’s happening, new, and to do out there.

When you support What’s Up Newp, you support your community.

Thank you for reading and for your ongoing support of what we do, you truly do make What’sUpNewp possible.
