Newport Tent Company, a full service tent rental company based in Portsmouth, has become a division of PEAK Event Services.

Bill Corcoran has owned Newport Tent Company since acquiring it from his uncle, Mike Corcoran, in 1998. Mike Corcoran founded the company in 1971.
