People’s Credit Union has donated $2,000 to the Narrow River Preservation Association (NRPA) to support the organization’s work to protect the Narrow River and its watershed.

“Since 1970, the citizen volunteers involved with the NRPA have been engaged in making a tremendous impact on preserving and protecting our environment,” said Mr. Daly. “People’s Credit Union is proud to provide support to NRPA’s crucial research, as well as its educational and recreational programs.”

The donation was presented by People’s Credit Union representatives Sean Daly, head of the credit union, and Courtney Hunter, head of community development, to NRPA President Veronica Berounksy and Administrative Coordinator Shirley Freitag.
