A contemporary waterfront home in Tiverton sold for $2.15 million, marking the second-highest residential sale in the town this year, according to Multiple Listing Service data.

The property at 95 Riverscape Lane features deeded water access, five bedrooms and was designed for multi-generational living. The sale was completed with buyers represented by the Soby-Roberts Team from Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty and sellers represented by Renee Welchman of Compass.

The home includes high ceilings with wooden beams, a gourmet kitchen and extensive windows designed to maximize natural light. Outdoor amenities include a stone patio centered around a heated pool and outdoor kitchen, with multiple decks overlooking the water.

“The Soby-Roberts Team is thrilled to have represented our buyers in the purchase of their new home,” said Bridgette Soby, a sales associate with the firm. “It was a pleasure working with them to find their perfect new home base for their family and grandchildren to spend summer by the water from now on.”

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty was founded in 2013 by Judy Chace and Ray Mott. The firm operates eight offices across southern New England, including locations in Barrington, Bristol, Charlestown, East Greenwich, Narragansett, Providence, Watch Hill and Westport, Massachusetts.
