A three-home compound on Old Harbor Road has sold for $1.89 million, marking the highest recorded sale in Little Compton’s historic Adamsville village.
Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced Tuesday that the property at 51-53 Old Harbor Road closed with Cherry Arnold representing the sellers and Liz Kinnane representing the buyers. Both agents work for the real estate firm.
Multiple Listing Service data confirms this as the top sale on record for the Adamsville area. Mott & Chace agents have handled the five highest sales in the village’s history, according to the company.
The compound sits on nearly three acres near the Westport River and includes homes built in 1770, 1820 and 2007. The property features a heated pool, lawns, mature trees and historic stone walls.
The sale was completed on Tuesday, Sept. 16.
