LITTLE COMPTON, R.I. — A three-bedroom Colonial on Old Bull Lane has sold for $2.05 million, marking the highest residential sale in Little Compton this year, according to State-Wide MLS data.
Residential Properties Ltd. sales associate Mimi Whitmarsh represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction at 22 Old Bull Lane, which closed recently.
The sale gives RPL a significant presence in Little Compton’s luxury market, with the company now involved in three of the town’s five highest home sales year to date — more than any other real estate firm.
The two-bathroom home sits on pastoral grounds near Little Compton’s town beaches, shops and the Commons. The property features views of the Sakonnet Passage, landscaped gardens and upper-level living areas with an open floor plan. A bluestone terrace overlooks the Sakonnet River.
“With knowledge of the area and a love of people, Mimi Whitmarsh helps clients find just what they are looking for,” according to the company. Whitmarsh focuses on building personal relationships with clients while utilizing modern marketing and negotiation tools.
Residential Properties Ltd., founded in 1981, operates nine offices across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. The privately held company is a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International.
The MLS data reflects sales activity through August 2025 but may not capture all real estate transactions in the market.
