A home near Mackeral Cove in Jamestown has sold for $2.8 million.

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of 149 Hamilton Avenue in Jamestown on March 7. It recently sold for $2,800,000. 

Nicole Carstensen and Amy I. Doorley-Lucas, both Sales Associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the sellers. Kathryn D’Addabbo of Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the second-highest sale in Jamestown in 2025.
