Lila Delman Compass today announced the sale of 150-160 Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown via a press release.

The property recently sold for $3,500,000. According to Lila Delman Compass, Kate Leonard of Lila Delman Compass’ Newport office facilitated the sale of the commercial waterfront property to the buyer and seller.

The three lots contain a building with over 5,000 square feet. 

According to its website, Sea Whale Motel at 150 Aquidneck Avenue has operated as “an owner-occupied motel” since 1955.

Plans for the motel and property, as well as details on the new owner, have not been announced.
