Tufts University awarded over 2,800 degrees to graduates from all schools on July 19, 2024, according to the school. The ceremony was held to honor the accomplishments of the Class of 2024.

One of the graduates, Celia Byrne from Newport, graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering (BSBME) from Tufts University. She is one of thousands of students who have graduated from the school with degrees in a variety of field subjects. Tufts University is considered one of the most prestigious research universities in the United States, and the graduates of its programs are highly sought after for jobs and leadership positions in many different industries.

The degrees awarded were distributed across all three of Tufts University’s campuses – Boston, Medford/Somerville, and Grafton, Massachusetts, as well as in Talloires, France. Each campus has a unique academic history and tradition, and the graduates of each class represent a diverse range of interests and skills. The ceremony was a significant milestone for these graduates, and it marked the end of their undergraduate journey.
