The MBTA Commuter Rail and Keolis will be offering special event train service to visit Gillette Stadium for the upcoming season. Tickets for the preseason games on Aug. 8 and Aug. 15 are now on sale.

The special event train service will run from Boston to Foxboro. Tickets are available exclusively through the mTicket app. The regular season games will be available for purchase on the Monday before each game. Tickets for the Sept. 15 game are expected to go on sale on Monday, Sept. 9 at 11 am.

The trains will depart from South Station with stops at Back Bay and Dedham Corporate Center before arriving at Foxboro Station. The Providence will depart from Providence Station and make stops at Pawtucket/Central Falls, Attleboro and Mansfield before arriving at Foxboro Station. The schedule may change due to anticipated demand. The last train to depart Foxboro Station after a game is expected to take off 30 minutes after the game ends.

All passengers must purchase a ticket before boarding the train. Children 11 and under must also have a ticket. Tickets are not valid for regular Commuter Rail tickets or passes. The purchase of special event tickets is limited to the day of the game.
