Lila Delman Compass today announced the sale of 80 Kay Street in Newport.

The property recently sold for $3,500,000. According to Lila Delman Compass, Eric Kirton and Kara Malkovich, both of Lila Delman Compass’ Newport office, represented the Seller in this transaction.

‘Aufenthalt’ (Stay A While) is a historic home in the Kay/Catherine section of Newport. It offers five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and 5,000 square feet of living space. Designed by renowned architect Clarence S. Luce, the home was built in 1882 and was recently restored, blending historical charm with modern comforts. 

According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks the highest sale in the Kay/Catherine neighborhood of Newport so far this year.*
