A classic shingle-style home with access to stunning ocean views from nearly every window has sold for a record $3.6 million, the highest sale recorded in Green Hill since 2013.

The home, located on 8 Green Hill Ocean Drive in South Kingstown, was sold by Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty after agents with the firm marketed the property as “a luxurious home located on one of the best beaches in the state,” said Michael Himmel, a sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

The four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home allows for expansive views of the ocean from every window and features an open concept main living space.
