Bruneau and Co. Auctioneers has announced that they will present “Toys as Art” on Sunday, Feb. 17th from 1-4 pm at the Newport Marriott as part of the 31st Annual Newport Winter Festival

The event will include a presentation and display as well as the opportunity to have any toy, comic, collectible, fine art, or antique receive a free verbal appraisal, and offer of consignment.

Kevin Bruneau, owner of Bruneau and Co. Auctioneers, and Travis Landry, Bruneau’s director of pop culture – and youngest appraiser in the collectibles, toys, and games department on PBS’ The Antiques Roadshow will be on site.

The event will be held in the Portsmouth Room, and is free of charge.

“We’re really excited to be part of the Newport Winter Festival…and hope to see some great toys, comics, and collectibles,” said Landry in an event announcement. “We’re passionate about the past, working smarter for your future, is what we say, here – and we’re planning to be back in Newport after this event, so if people don’t catch us this time, they can see us again, in about a month,” said Bruneau.
