Willy’s Burger + Rotisserie is back on the market after potential buyers that had agreed to buy the property backed out of the deal earlier today.
Joe Fitzpatrick, Real Estate Agent for Re/Max of Newport’s Fitzpatrick Team, confirmed with us on Wednesday that although a binding contract had been signed for the property the sale had fallen through and the property was once again available.

There were reports back on January 14th that the property would be/had been purchased by Thames Street Kitchen.
Back on November 7th, 2015; What’sUpNewp reported that Willy’s Burger Bar and Rotisserie had been put on the market for $1.2 million.
This story will be updated if more information is received.
