Patrick Feury, executive chef and partner of Nectar Restaurant in Berwyn, PA, produces intriguing Asian-fusion cuisine. Chef Feury has had stints in renowned kitchens including Le Cirque, the Waldorf Astoria, and the Michelin-rated Les Olivades in Paris. With a passion for nurturing culinary artisans, his collaborative spirit has led him to forge relationships with Mateo Kehler of Jasper Hill and Todd Hardie of Caledonia Spirits.
Chef Feury was named one of the country’s top culinary talents by Best Chefs America, awarded the four bells by Philadelphia Inquirer and featured in Esquire Magazine, Wine Spectator, Philadelphia Daily News and Philadelphia Magazine.
The evening kicks off with craft cocktails, passed canapes and Vermont cheeses followed by a lively dinner with wine pairings and chef interaction.
