An oceanfront estate at 320 Harrison Avenue sold for $12,145,000, the second-highest residential sale in Newport this year and one of the top three statewide, according to Rhode Island Statewide MLS data.
Kate Kirby Greenman and Michelle Kirby of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty listed the 14.8-acre property. Lee Scura Holloway of Residential Properties Ltd. represented the buyer.
The gated compound sits between Newport Country Club and protected open space overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The main residence has five bedrooms and 7.2 bathrooms. The property includes a 1,684-square-foot guest cottage and a four-bay garage.
The sale ranks as the third-highest residential transaction since January 2023, according to MLS data.
Holloway also represented the buyer in Newport’s second-highest residential sale in 2024 — a $9,935,000 transaction at 294 Ocean Avenue.
