Leading the way was 164 Eustis Avenue in Newport, a beautifully finished waterfront cottage that closed at $4,125,000. On the other end of the spectrum, the most affordable sale was a three-family property at 65 Dewey Avenue in Tiverton, which sold for $560,000, a reminder that multi-family opportunities are still part of the conversation, even in a tight market.
