But homes that are priced and positioned properly in Newport County are seeing much more aggressive activity. It’s the simple dynamics of supply vs. demand still in play.

For Buyers: With more homes becoming available – as is common with the seasonality of New England, it’s a good time to shop around, but keep in mind that competition is still strong. With homes selling quickly and prices up, you might not have as much room to negotiate.
