A waterfront home in South Kingstown recently fetched $3.55 million.

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced the sale of 841 Green Hill Beach Road, South Kingstown.

According to a press release from Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, the sellers were represented by Charlotte Fiola, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Kira Greene of Compass represented the buyers. Details of the sale were not disclosed.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in South Kingstown year-to-date.
