The St. John’s Lodge Food Bank is getting ready for a big boost this summer, thanks to a new fundraiser that will give patrons the chance to win a fully installed Mitsubishi Hyperheat Ductless Cooling and Heating System valued at $10,000.

The Raffle is being run by the St. John’s Lodge Food Bank, and the money raised will go directly towards helping the organization continue its mission of providing fresh and nutritious food to members of the community.

“This fundraiser will support our mission of providing fresh and nutritious food to members of our community,” said SJLFB director Ann Pierce. “We are grateful to all who support our efforts, especially Ocean State Air Solutions, which donated the grand prize. This will have a real impact on our ability to assist those in need.”

Anyone who donates $50 to the food bank will receive a raffle ticket to win a fully installed, $15,000 Btu Mitsubishi Hyperheat Ductless Cooling and Heating System valued at $10,000. Two hundred raffle tickets are available, and the drawing will be held at St. John’s Lodge, 81 Sprague Street, at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Supporters may make multiple donations to receive multiple tickets.

Donors may make cash or check donations at St. John’s Lodge on Wednesdays and Fridays (10:00 am – 4:00 pm) and Tuesdays and Thursdays (3:30 – 6:30 pm). Ocean State Air Solutions is also accepting donations and distributing raffle tickets at their new office, 3076 East Main Road, between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm on weekdays.
