271 Carnegie Harbor Dr, Portsmouth, RI

A home with five bedrooms, six full and one-half bathrooms, and a pool with a waterfall and spa has been sold for $4 million.

Eric Kirton of Lila Delman Compass sold the home at 271 Carnegie Harbor Drive in Portsmouth’s Aquidneck Club neighborhood.

Adolfo Perez, a 2021 inductee into the New England Design Hall of Fame, designed the 7,527-square-foot home.

The home also features multiple outdoor entertaining areas, a designer kitchen, and a pool with a waterfall and spa.

“The changes the Aquidneck Club has made to the club structure,” Kirton said, “along with the revitalized membership, are having a direct effect on the real estate value there”.

Gloria Dunn, Dina Karousos, and Nicole Lucenti of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers.

This sale represents the third-highest sale of a single-family residence at The
Aquidneck Club, as well as the fifth highest residential sale ever in Portsmouth, according to Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty.
