The Tiverton Police Department is asking for the community’s help in raising money for a 7-year-old Tiverton boy battling leukemia.
Liam Chapman was diagnosed with leukemia in November and now faces two years of treatment.
Donations will help cover the treatment costs, which may include chemotherapy, steroids, and physical therapy.
A fundraising basketball tournament will be held on April 6, 2024, to help raise money for the family.
The Tiverton Police Department is also challenging other local police departments and fire departments to participate in a teamwide fundraising effort to help Liam.
