Season tickets for Rhode Island’s new United Football League team go on sale Sunday, Oct. 18, at a launch event at Centreville Bank Stadium, with online sales beginning the following day at theufl.com/rhode-island, the league announced Thursday.
Rhode Island is one of two expansion markets joining the UFL for 2027, along with Colorado. Each team plays five home games, and season ticket packages start under $100 in every market, according to the league.
Season tickets for the league’s six existing teams — the Columbus Aviators, Dallas Renegades, DC Defenders, Louisville Kings, Orlando Storm and St. Louis Battlehawks — went on sale Thursday.
The draft
Rhode Island will hold the third overall pick in the first round of the 2027 UFL Draft and the second pick in the second round, according to the league. Columbus holds the first overall selection. The order is based on the reverse of the 2026 standings, with Colorado, Dallas and Rhode Island rotating positions on tiebreakers.
The draft is set for Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Ballpark Village in St. Louis, a free event open to the public. The first two rounds air live on NFL Network at 8 p.m., hosted by ESPN’s Joe Tessitore with Michelle Smallmon reporting from the floor. All eight head coaches will be on site, giving what the league describes as real-time explanations of their picks as they are made.
The draft runs 15 rounds, with the first two — 16 selections — televised. Teams get three minutes per pick in the televised portion.
The draft pool includes players eligible for the 2027 NFL Draft, whether or not they were drafted or signed, plus players from the 2023 through 2026 NFL Draft classes who have been on an NFL roster at any point since June 13, 2026. Teams carry 64-man camp rosters.
Season ticket perks and sweepstakes
Fans who buy season tickets by Nov. 1 are entered to win a trip to the draft in St. Louis. Season ticket members also get the same seat for every home game, a member gift, a 20% discount at the online UFL shop, invitations to member events and priority access to postseason tickets, according to the league.
The 2027 season opens March 26 in Louisville, televised on FOX.
The UFL expands to 10 teams in 2028 with the addition of Oklahoma and Utah.
