Registration is open for the 2027 Amica Newport Marathon and Half Marathon, which returns to Newport on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2027.
Runners can save 15% on registration for either distance through 11:59 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2.
The course runs along Newport’s coastline past mansions and shoreline neighborhoods, and both distances are open to runners of all experience levels, according to organizers.
“The Amica Newport Marathon is about so much more than race day,” said Matt Gray, president of Gray Matter Marketing, the Rhode Island company that organizes the event. “We’re proud to showcase everything that makes Newport such a special place to run while giving back to our community year after year.”
Organizers said the race supports local nonprofits each year through charitable partnerships and donations, and works to reduce waste, recycle and limit single-use materials.
Registration is at newportmarathon.com.
