Newport Vineyards will kick off its Tuesday Tunes music series next week and continue its weekly Sunday Music Series, offering free live music at the Middletown winery throughout the summer.
The Tuesday Tunes series runs from 5 to 8 p.m. weekly, beginning June 30 with Funkademic. Guests can bring lawn chairs and order from a walk-up charcuterie cart and oyster station, with $1 oysters available until they run out and $5 glasses of rosé. Tables are available for full-menu dining, and new this season, guests can reserve a table in the vines on Tuesdays. The lineup continues with The Teledynes on July 7, 7 Day Weekend on July 14, Le Méchante et le Connard on July 21, Timeless on July 28, Blue Light Bandits on Aug. 4, Jimmy + Matt on Aug. 11, Jesse Desorcy & Co. on Aug. 18 and 7 Day Weekend on Aug. 25.
The Sunday Music Series runs from 1 to 4 p.m. on the patio, with live music, a charcuterie cart and a walk-up food station. A brunch menu is offered from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Sunday, with lunch to follow. The series continues June 28 with The Grafters, followed by The Naticks on July 5, Catching Blue on July 12, Angelus Hall on July 19, Pete LaGrange & The Ghost Riders on July 26, The Grafters on Aug. 2, Blue Light Bandits on Aug. 9, The DMB Project on Aug. 16, Angelus Hall on Aug. 23 and Straight Outta Rehab on Aug. 30.
