A coastal home on Easton’s Point has sold for $3,150,000, making it the second-highest single-family sale in Middletown so far this year, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
The property at 140 Tuckerman Avenue trades below the town’s top sale of 2026, 14 Kay Boulevard, which closed at $3,600,000 in March, according to Multiple Listing Service data.
Alexandra Thursby, a sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyers. Kate Rooney and Bertie MacGowan of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home sits steps from First Beach and features ocean views, a private elevator and a top-floor primary suite, according to Mott & Chace. The residence also includes an open-concept great room, a chef’s kitchen, a west-facing deck and ensuite baths in each guest room.
“I am so thrilled to have helped my clients in their purchase of this amazing home on Easton’s Beach,” Thursby said in a statement. “The abundance of natural light and space for family and friends makes this the perfect summer retreat.”
Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty was founded by Judy Chace and Ray Mott in 2013. The firm operates eight offices across southern New England, including locations in Barrington, Bristol, Charlestown, East Greenwich, Narragansett, Providence, Watch Hill and Westport, Massachusetts.
