The gameplay might be familiar to some of you — players have five guesses to determine a five-letter word, with clues given after each guess. Our twist is that all the word puzzles are tied to recent What’sUpNewp coverage. Think you can guess words related to local events, places, people and happenings? Now’s your chance to prove it.
How to play
Guess the correct five-letter word by entering your first guess in the top row and tapping “Enter.” You’ll be shown clues after each guess to help you figure out the solution. Guesses and answers can be any valid five-letter word.
Stuck? Click the lightbulb icon for a hint.
When you solve the puzzle correctly, you can share your results with friends on social media. The flame icon shows how many days in a row you’ve guessed correctly — so make it part of your daily routine and keep that streak alive.
If you don’t guess correctly after five tries, we’ll show you the answer, and you can come back tomorrow for a new puzzle.
