The Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) is hosting a Rhode Island Hospitality Career Fair, in partnership with RI Hospitality Association and Department of Labor and Training.

The event will take place at CCRI’s Newport Campus on Wednesday, March 19, providing an opportunity for job seekers and employers to connect, while fostering economic development and workforce growth in the region.

The fair focuses on one of the biggest industries in Newport County, hospitality, and will feature more than 20 employers representing restaurants, hotels, tourism, and more. This event is open to job seekers of all backgrounds and experience levels, and participation is free of charge. Attendees are advised to dress professionally and bring multiple copies of their resumes to make the most of this fantastic networking opportunity.

Earlier this year, CCRI announced two new certificate programs in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality & in Culinary Essentials, in addition to a new Culinary Craftsmanship Associate Degree.
