Giusto, in collaboration with The Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival, will host a “Passport to Piedmont Wine Dinner” at on Friday, September 20.

Giusto will host winemaker Giovanni Rosso, a renowned producer of Barolo, Nebbiolo and Etna wines. This family style, multi-course Piedmont-inspired menu will be paired with six Giovanni Rosso wines and Giovanni will be at Giusto that night to share more about the wines with guests.​

The menu for the event;

  • First Course: Three Piedmont-inspired antipasti
  • Second Course: Tuna crudo – lardo, rosemary, pickled mushrooms, mugolgio
  • Third Course: Agnolotti del plin – rabbit, parmesan, fresh black truffles
  • Fourth Course: Piedmontese NY Strip with summer vegetables, bone marrow
  • Dessert: Hazelnut Bonet with dark chocolate and huckleberry
