No experience required, the instructor will offer modifications and variations to make this class accessible to all levels”.
The press release continues, “If you don’t believe yoga can be used to increase productivity in the workplace, you’d be mistaken. Incorporating yoga into your daily routine decreases the effects of fatigue on your mind and body. Working non-stop causes stress, while sitting down for five plus hours can have adverse effects on your health. Quick breaks at work to exercise yoga positions is believed to combat these ailments. Practicing yoga also increases creativity and concentration. You will be amazed how productive you will be returning to work after a session. There’s nothing to lose, come heal your mind and body with us”!
