Karl’s Park Ave Pub in Portsmouth has permanently closed.
“It is with great sadness to let you know Karl’s Pub has closed its doors last week, Lucille Cabral, Assistant Manager Entertainment for Karl’s Pub wrote to What’sUpNewp. “Thank you for advertising LIVE music at the pub and hopefully our paths will cross again in the near future”.
Cabral signed off in the email “Support. Local. Live. Music.”
The locally owned bar, located at 506 Park Ave, regularly offered game night with free pool, ladies night, karaoke, and live music.
On July 5th, the bar held a “Last Bash at Karl’s.
The reasoning for the closure and future for the restaurant is not immediately known.
In a follow up with Cabral, she said “no details, sale pending”.
