The following road and lane closure notices are effective for the week of June 8-14, 2019. All schedules are weather-dependent and subject to change. Visit RIDOT’s Travel Advisories website for a full listing of statewide lane closures.

RIDOT: Portion of Elm Street, Poplar Street will be temporarily closed for rail maintenance

Weekday

 Middletown: Rte. 138A (Aquidneck Ave.) at Green End Ave., and Purgatory Rd. at Crescent Ave., alternating lane closures for construction, Mon.-Fri. from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Rhode Island Turnpike & Bridge Authority

The following road and lane closure notices are effective for the week of June 9 – 15, 2019. All schedules are weather-dependent and subject to change. Visit RITBA’s Travel Advisories website for updates and more information.

Newport Claiborne Pell Bridge

East and Westbound Left Lane Closures- 6/12- 9 am to 3 pm

Eastbound Open Road Tolling (ORT) Lane Closure- 6/13- 9 am to 3 pm

Overnight:

Westbound Right Lane Closure- 6/9 to 6/13- 7 pm to 5 am Eastbound Right Lane Closure- 6/9 to 6/13- 7 pm to 5 am

Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge

There are currently no Lane Closures on the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge.

Route 138 Connector

There are currently no Lane Closures on the Route 138 Connector.

Mount Hope Bridge

Overnight: Northbound Lane Closure- 6/10 to 6/13- 9 pm to 5 am

Sakonnet River Bridge

There are currently no Lane Closures on the Sakonnet River Bridge.
