LoBro Taco, which is owned by Scratch Kitchen & Catering, announced on Wednesday that they have closed.
The restaurant , which opened in December, posted the following on Facebook;
“The dream is over, friends.
We are sad to announce that LoBro Taco is no more. We gave it our best, but we ran out of time and money before we gained the traction to continue. We would like to extend a huge thank you to our supporters who got behind us from the word go.
Not to despair, we will be offering a limited selection of your LoBro favorites at Scratch Kitchen & Catering (just a few doors down) where we look forward to serving you for many years to come. We will be revising the menu within the next week or so. Keep your eyes peeled, as we’ll be apprising y’all of the new rollout here and on scratchnewport.com.
