Elevate Fitness is hitting the beach starting May 14th to kick off their 10th season offering the acclaimed summer Beach Bootcamps.
According to Elevate, Beach Bootcamps are their most popular camp ever, and they are modeled after owner Kathy Martin’s signature bootcamp classes using an array of fitness styles including HIIT, weights, kettlebells, TRX, cardio, and more, in you guessed it… the sand! Every class is different and is kept fresh and fun by incorporating a variety of equipment, Second Beach hill, and even changing up beach locations on occasion.
“Beach Bootcamps have always been my most popular bootcamps. I started offering them ten years ago and they’ve grown in popularity ever since. They’re challenging, dynamic, and most importantly fun,” says Martin. “I think that’s a key factor: we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we get in a killer workout before most people are out of bed. And a view of the ocean isn’t too bad either!”
What can you expect with Beach Bootcamps? They are truly all levels, so don’t feel intimidated if you’re new to working out. Beginners and seasoned atheletes co-exist in a judgement-free athmosphere.
Perks of being a Bootcamper: recieve weekly recipes, additional workouts, and health tips from Martin via email, plus access to an exclusive website filled with amazing fitness and nutrition information. There will be optional body fat testing and measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session.
