Lila Delman Real Estate has announced the sale of 234 Hargraves Drive in Portsmouth for $1,425,000. Anne Northup Burns, Sales Associate, represented the seller. This marks the highest sale in Portsmouth year-to-date, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.*

“This unique offering in the established Lawrence Farm neighborhood captured attention both locally and from afar for its exceptional beachfront location, coveted shorefront patio and beautifully landscaped grounds,” commented Anne Northup Burns in a press release announcing the sale. “Once inside buyers marveled at the expansive living areas and the extent of the unobstructed water views.”

The home is sited on just over an acre with 225 feet of beach frontage. Measuring 5,349 square feet across three levels, this custom-built, cape home includes four bedrooms, three and one-half baths, four fireplaces and an attached two-bay garage. Highlights include a cathedral ceiling sunroom with expansive water views, a well-appointed library and a lower level billiard room.
