Polish up your golf clubs and break out those popped collars for the 2016 Newport Storm Brew.S. Open! The event will be held on Saturday June 18 from 12-8pm & Sunday June 19 from 12-5pm at their “sprawling 2,000 square foot course”, conveniently located next to the brewery in the North End of Newport.
Friends, families and craft beer lovers are all invited to try their hand at the “challenging” 18 hole mini golf course while savoring their delicious brews. The Clubhouse, also know as their Visitors Center, will be open throughout course hours with coverage of the U.S. Open in addition to self-guided tours and tastings
Foursomes are not required to play, but the brewery is encouraging them, especially if you want to reserve a tee time! Ticket options are $5 per person per round (available day of at the brewery), or for the real brew lover, go for the Foursome Package which includes: 4 rounds of golf, 2 growlers of Newport Storm beer and a guaranteed tee time, a $50 value discounted to $40! Players are encouraged to get decked out in their snazziest golf and patriotic attire for a chance at winning best team outfit.
