1  – New Year’s Eve Wine Dinner

Brick Alley Pub will host one of their very popular and legendary wine dinners on  New Year’s Eve, the event promises to offer an opportunity to ring in 2016 with great friends, great food and great drink.

The dinner will feature the wines of the Kendall-Jackson Estates wine portfolio as well as Cenyth, a 2009 red blend from Sonoma, CA. With founder Jess Jackson’s vision and dedication, these estates are a tribute to the family’s most prized coastal California vineyards. SEE THE MENU

Tickets for their New Year’s Eve Wine Dinner are $79 per person and are available now either in person at Brick Alley Pub’s downstairs bar or via the telephone (401-849-6334)

2 – Laugh In The New Year 

7pm, 9pm and/or 11pm at The Firehouse Theater

Bit Players

There is no better way to bring in the new year than with laughter! Go see RI’s most award-winning comedy troupe, The Bit Players, as they present their annual New Years EVE night of comedy at The Firehouse Theater. THREE shows in one night (7pm, 9pm, & 11pm) each one hour long and ALL are BYOB!

The first show (7pm) will be Family Friendly this year so bring the kids, get out of the house and share of a laugh with everyone. The second show (9pm) is our most popular every year so get your tickets early. And the thrid show (11pm) will watch the ball drop in Times Square at midnight on our video display. PLUS there will be plenty of NYE favors and extras all night long provided by our sponsors: Newport Storm Beer, What’s Up Newp, and Broadway Allstar.

The Bit Players always hit the stage with their hilarious improv comedy inspired by audience suggestions (much like “Whose Line is it Anyway”) full of larger than life characters, hysterical musical numbers, and the quickest wit you’ll ever see. Tickets are $20 per person and are available at BitPlayers.net .

3 – New Year’s Eve Celebration in the One Bellevue Lounge

5pm and 7pm Seatings: $79 per person Includes salad, entree and dessert.

9pm Seating: $99 per person Includes salad, entree, dessert, Champagne toast, party favors, and table cocktail service. Clear Blue Band will perform in lounge starting at 9pm and the NY Times Square coverage will be on the lounge televisions.

4 – Atlantic Beach Club: Dining room will be serving up regular menu from 4pm – 10pm. Lounge will serve up two seatings (6pm & 8:30pm), followed by live music from Mac Chrucala Band.

5 – Castle Hill Inn: This year at Castle Hill, they are fully embracing the fine art of “bubbly”, starting with a bottle of Champagne in your room upon arrival. On the afternoon of New Year’s Eve, Beverage Director Anthony Boi will host a premium Champagne tasting, followed by a screening of the 1954 film classic Sabrina. The next morning after an evening of dinner and dancing to ring in the new year, make your way to the dining room to enjoy theirr New Year’s Day Hangover Brunch, featuring an artisan Bloody Mary bar. $720.00/night – $1200.00/night (based on double occupancy)

6 – Fifth Element: New Year’s Eve at The Fifth Element includes open bar, buffet and DJ Jackie Henderson. $110 per person.

7 – Newport Blues Cafe: Live music with Take It To The Bridge at 10pm.

8 – Vanderbilt Grace: Toast the midnight bells with a glass of Champagne and welcome the arrival of 2016 before dancing the night away. There will be a five-course dinner in Muse from 6pm. $175pp including admission to our festivities and piano tunes by Kristine. Champagne and relaxed -la-carte dining in The Conservatory. Jazz Party and Champagne Reception from 9pm with Dick Lupino Band.

9 – Brix Restaurant New Years Eve Celebration: Cheers to the New Year with our Brix Restaurant New Years Eve Celebration. Enjoy a special 3-course prix-fixe menu crafted by our culinary team and more! From today’s Top 40 Dance and Hip Hop – to Rock – to R&B, Disco Hits, Classic Rock, Motown, and slow-dancing favorites

11 – New Year’s Eve at One Pelham East: On the main stage this evening will be Smear Campaign, a top 40 cover band spanning music from all genres and ages with the sole aim of keeping you on the dance floor. In the Bayou bar will be resident DJ Blacklist putting out a special high energy New Year’s Eve set list that will keep things hot all night long! Online reservations available
