At approximately 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 13th, Newport Fire Department responded to a report of heavy smoke showing from a two story dwelling on Ledge Road.

According to Newport Patch, the address of the fire was 38 Ledge Road and is valued at approximately $3 million.

According to City Of Newport documents the home appears to be owned by Mohamad & Dorienne Farzan. Mohamad Farzan, Jack Evans, and Dorienne West Farzan founded NewPort Architecture, LLC (which uses 38 Ledge Road as a permanent address) in 2010.
