Scituate completed an undefeated season with a 15-4 win over Rogers in the Division 4 boys lacrosse state championship at Brown University on Saturday, June 6.

Caden Gurjian led the Spartans with four goals to pace the offense in the title game. Scituate, coached by Pete Kelleher, entered the final unbeaten at 14-0 in the regular season and pulled away from Rogers to claim the championship.

Rogers kept it close early but couldn’t match Scituate’s scoring. Rocky Ramsey scored twice for the Vikings, and Luke Matthews and Quinn Green each added a goal. Goalie Brayden Ward turned in a strong performance with 13 saves as Rogers absorbed steady pressure throughout.

The win caps a dominant campaign for Scituate, which did not lose a game on its way to the Division 4 crown.
