An oceanfront property at 19 Taylor’s Lane South has sold for $6.5 million, marking the highest single-family home sale in Little Compton for 2025, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
Cherry Arnold represented the sellers and Elizabeth Kinnane represented the buyers in the transaction. Both are sales associates with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
The sale is the highest single-family transaction in Little Compton since Arnold’s sale of 21 Atlantic Drive in 2024, according to Multiple Listing Service data.
The oceanfront home, located on a private lane, features more than 3,200 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property includes vegetable and flower gardens, fruit trees and ocean views. A separate one-bedroom guest house is also on the property.
“I’m honored to have represented such an extraordinary Little Compton family compound,” Arnold said. “And I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work closely again with Liz Kinnane in the passing of such a special Farm Coast property on to its next stewards.”
Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty was founded by Judy Chace and Ray Mott in 2013. The firm operates eight offices in Barrington, Bristol, Charlestown, East Greenwich, Narragansett, Providence, Watch Hill and Westport, Mass.
