During my visit with guests earlier this week, we sampled several appetizers, starting with fresh oysters, crudo, Spanish octopus, and a crisp Verde salad. Each was a delightful combination of textures and flavors. For our entrees, we tried the chicken, wagyu, and tuna—each dish generous in size, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented.
Our server, Mason, added a personal touch to the evening. He shared his passion for film and his aspirations as an aspiring filmmaker, which was a fun and appreciated element of our experience. His service perfectly balanced professionalism and candor, making the meal even more enjoyable.
