Newport Sings offers free or very low-cost chorus program opportunities for youth and adults. All programs are open to the public and do not require an audition.
Newport Sings offers three distinct programs for singers of all ages and backgrounds:
– The Newport County Youth Chorus is open to grades 1-6 students.
– Aquidneck Singers is a multicultural women’s chorus.
– Quorus is Newport’s first and only LGBTQIA+ chorus for teens and adults.
“Singers learn and perform a variety of music including traditional, pop, jazz, and music from all over the world,” says Newport Sings. “Singerers have the opportunity to explore and develop their unique voice as well as learn skills to become more confident musicians no matter what your previous musical experience.”
