Claudia F. McCauley of Newport, RI passed away on October 15, 2026, at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence after a long illness.
Born on December 14, 1952, in Newport, she was the daughter of the late Marian Fernetts and Arthur Kelley.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Joe Kelley, Arthur Kelley and Victor Weaver.
Claudia is survived by her ex-husband, Paul J. “Mac” McCauley of Newport, her daughter, Alicia McCauley of Newport, her sister Roberta Cardiff and grandson, Jayden.
The family would like to thank the Royal Nursing Home of Middletown for her care and compassion during her illness.
