A single-family home in Tiverton has sold for $5.3 million, the highest ever single family sale in the town, according to a release from Lila Delman Compass.

The home, 82 Nonquit Lane, was sold by Renee Welchman of Compass Little Compton. It offers 8,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, six full and one-and-a-half baths, as well as views of the Sakonnet, Seapowet and farmland.
