Holly Prentice represented the sellers, and the buyers were represented by The Soby Fox Team, which is represented by all sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this marks the highest vacant land sale since 2021 and the second-highest vacant land sale on record in Portsmouth.
Located on over 24 acres, this pastoral land has views across the west passage of Narragansett Bay and beyond.
