The Rodeway Inn, located at 31 West Main Road in Middletown, has reportedly sold for $2.55 million.

According to Fitzpatrick Team RE/MAX, real estate agent Caroline Cooper acted as the buyer’s representative for the sale of the 42 unit property.

The property closed in November 2019, priced at $2,550,000, according to the Fitzpatrick Team. The new owner was not identified.

According to online records for the property, Radha Krishna LLC purchased the property for $2.2 million in 2007.
