The James B. Finch House at 102 Touro St. has sold for $3,750,000, according to Hogan Associates Christie’s International Real Estate.

The house sits at the corner of Touro and Mount Vernon streets and has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms across roughly 4,000 square feet, with a large lot and four off-street parking spaces.

The sellers completed significant work over the past two years, including freshly painted siding, a finished basement, updated air conditioning, roof repairs and refinished flooring, according to the brokerage.
