The Gaudet Parent Teacher Group will hold “A Wave of Color,” a community color run, on Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Gaudet track, 259 Turner Road.
Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m. and the run starts at 6 p.m. Participants run a mile around the track, according to the organizers. The event runs until 7:30 p.m.
Registration is $20 per individual or $50 for a family of up to five participants. A white T-shirt can be added for $5 and picked up at registration starting at 5:30 p.m.
The Middletown Boosters will have the concession stand open after the run, and a 50/50 raffle will be held.
The run brings together students, families and staff from Gaudet Learning Academy and Gaudet Middle School, according to the Parent Teacher Group. Registration fees fund classroom resources, enrichment programs and community events.
